1. Can I find out the exact time my delivery will arrive? Unfortunatley not. Every week the number of drops per route can fluctuate dramatically. One week your drop might be the fifth that day however the week after it could be the tenth. We would only know this information the night before your delivery as customers can place orders up to 3pm. 2. Why does the product guide not have prices in it anymore? The decision to remove the prices came as a result of many customers complaining that by the time the price book was published many prices had already changed. It takes two weeks to prepare and print the price book. Within that time prices can move which is why we input the price changes at a glance in the monthly mailings. This however was not a clean solution. We now have an online system whereby all customers can register free and view real time prices. We feel the system is much more suitable for the market we serve.
